Purpose/Opportunity:
Our client required labor and equipment to support their operations with pipeline pigging and hydrotesting services.
Methods:
We deployed day and night shift crews on 7-day, 12 hour schedules to complete nine pipeline pigging and hydrotesting services. Our experienced personnel, along with full-time safety support, ensured the successful execution of these tasks.
Results/Benefits:
The project was executed safely and without incidents and completed ahead of schedule. This allowed us to provide additional hydrotesting support in other areas of the client’s facilities. We successfully completed the cleaning and pigging of nine pipelines with inline inspection (ILI) support. The work involved 12-man crews for both day and night shifts, handling 6-inch, 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch pipelines over approximately 3-4 miles.
