Your Safety, Our Priority

At Strike, we put safety first, always, it’s simply the right thing to do. Under no circumstance will we cut corners, nor will we sacrifice safety for speed. With leadership at the forefront of our efforts, we foster a culture of open discussion about hazards and methods of risk mitigation, empower each and every employee to halt potentially dangerous situations with 100% work stop authority, and hold all workers accountable for practicing the highest in safety excellence standards.
The proof of our commitment to safety is in our TRIR of 0.29 in 2023, however the real value lies in the fact that our workers return home safely every night.
