Crossfire Wins New Mexico Infrastructure Project of the Year

Crossfire’s work as a contractor on the New Mexico (NM) Gas Company’s Pilar Project was nominated as a finalist for the 2018 National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Awards of Excellence. The Pilar Project won the NM project of the year. Crossfire’s Lucas Avery represented Crossfire at the awards ceremony that took place on December 7, 2018 at the Albuquerque Convention Center.

The Pilar Project involved construction and operation of a 7.2-mile pipeline from existing facilities near Rinconada in Rio Arriba county in NM to a new valve north of Pilar in Taos County. The line was a replacement for the earlier Taos county mainline which experienced stress due to landslide deposits. The project took seven months.

Congratulations to Crossfire!
